Welcome to Angeland!! This is where I get to publish an opinion that quite possibly (and quite probably) no-one will read.
So why do it? Because I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have a blog. I also wanted a place to practice writing where I don’t forget what I have written. I can have a short memory. I’ll spend hours on a weekend writing about a particular topic, just to put it away, go to work on Monday and forget all about it. My hard drive is full of files that I’ve forgotten I’d ever written. Now, I can put it out there for other people to ignore, not just me!
Do I post on Facebook? Nope. Even if I used Facebook I can’t imagine that anyone I would be Facebook friends with would give two hoots about the sort of content I’d write for a blog.
Angeland has no particular theme, though it’s likely to lean towards business, improvement and success, as these are topics that I find very interesting. No absurd extremist rantings here: doomsday preppers, anti-vaxxers and flat earthists can go elsewhere. I have a STEM background and like a well-reasoned argument based on facts, not feelings.
